Small molecule - protein docking review

As part of the writing assignment for my masters programme Drug Innovation (Utrecht University), I wrote a scientific literature review about deep learning techniques applied to small molecule - protein docking. This docking plays a role in modeling diseases and in drug development. The writing assignment was supervised by Manon Reau.
